Me and my partner are in our year together for common law. There will be a point where we will be separate for a couple weeks. Is this too long apart to affect the process? Just dont want to mess anything up
A couple of weeks apart (ie, <3) is probably not an issue, but to be safe wait until you are past 12 months before applying. "Cutting it close" causes intense review.
