I am interested in applying for the Federal Skilled worker program, I just need a higher education for points. I have been researching online and I could not find any information on this topic. if you know any info about this, please share your information with the rest of us.
On the CRS test tool for skilled immigrants in express entry. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
I see that under the "education" step (section 4) it states "Note: a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate must either have been earned at an accredited Canadian university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute in Canada. Distance learning counts for education points, but not for bonus points in your profile or application."

1) I want to MAKE SURE I am understanding this correctly. If I complete an online Canadian degree program through distance learning (from a recognized university in Canada) in a foreign country, would that be accepted as a degree for "general" education points in express entry? (and it does not need any evaluation right?)

I am aware it will not be regarded as a "Canadian degree" for additional education points on section "4b"
I know that IN CANADA any skilled NOC work experience acquired WHILE studying cannot be counted for work experience in express entry.

2) (If the online degree from Canada is accepted for education points) Can you count foreign skilled NOC work experience acquired while you completed your Canadian Online Distance learning Degree in express entry?

3) Please state any/all the Online Distance Learning degree programs in Canada from a recognized University that you know.
Preferably:
Masters (or any degree after bachelors)
Related to business or IT (e.g MiM (masters in management, masters in IT management))
That can be completed in 1 year or less (it is fine if it is a longer program)
Requires no work experience for admission (e.g MSiM (master of science in management))
Affordable tuition (or not LOL)
