Is a Brazilian MBA Valid in Canada.

Hi folks, I'm new on the forum and i'm thinking about apply the Quebec Immigration process, and I would Like to know If a Brazilian MBA is Valid in Quebec-Canadá or only Master Degree, I tried to look in the forum previously, but couldn't find anything, I'm glad if someone can help me with this question.
