I have 3 years T4, and NOA, and 3 paystubs for 2014 , that will add up to 7 pages
is that too much ?

No it isnt. At the end of the day you are trying to provide enough supporting documentation so that the assessing officer is satisfied and you avoid a RQ

No not at all. Lets slap them with all the books we got, after all they asked for it. I am serious, 7 pages is totally cool as long as they are relevant! 8)

I sent more than 7 pages. 3 years NOA, 2 pages each. 5 T4s and 1 employment letter. but when the T4 is a half page I copied 2 of them in the same page and for NOA a copied both pages on the same sheet.

Depends on how relevant the data is.. as my late father used to say, 1 hair on someone's head is nothing, while in your soup it would be too much!

I sent
1) letter from employer
2) T4s
3) Income tax returns notice of assessment
4) Paystubs
5) Bank statements highlighting payments of salary

Yes I went a little overboard
