Is 2173 Software Engineers and Designers can be considered in the 38 ministrial

My 13 years of experienc eis in software and systems engineering - and currently systems engiinering anbd architecture role... i think i am more suited in 2173... is there a way i can fit into Computer and Information Systems Managers (0213) role which is listed in the new fasttrack 38 list..

I do most of those duties but my desgnations have been so far in teh order - software engineer, sr software engineer, technical lead, sr technical lead and Principal systems/software engineer and that is what i can get the emploeyr letter on...
