I'VE COMPLETED 13 YEARS EDUCATION IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND I HAVE MORE THAN 6 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE. ACCORDING TO THIS QUALIFICATION, AM I QUALIFIED OR NOT FOR THE SKILLED VISA FOR CANADA?
IN ONE WEBSITE I'VE READ THAT IF YOU HAVE 13 YEARS EDUCATION YOU SHOULD BE COMPLETED YOUR EDUCATION BEFORE 19 YEARS OLD. BUT I'VE COMPLETED MY EDUCATION IN 20 YEARS OLD.

from my understanding, it is regardless how old you were when you completed your education as long as it has an equivalent in the Canadian Education System. submit for education credentials assessment to see if it matches at least Canadian high school diploma, or equal (equal to 5 points from the selection factors).

understand, however, that even when you have graduated with a degree in Computer Science with more than 6 years work experience, you need to have at least 1 year of work experience under the 24 eligible occupations. i am saying this because there are some who were graduates in Computer Science but doesn't have any work experience related to the eligible occupations listed.

THAT MEAN I CAN'T APPLY AS A SKILLED WORKER?
MY EDUCATION IS DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER ENGINEERING(3 YEARS) i.e. 13 YEARS EDUCATION.

unfortunately not since there are only 24 eligible occupations open for this year's FSWP. did you check NOC 2147 if it applies to you?
have you had your credentials assessed by any of the designated agencies by CIC? i have a diploma in computer engineering, 5 years but from their evaluation, it's equivalent to 3 years diploma in the canadian education system.

Thanks for your information. Unfortunately I've not completed Bachelor. NOC 2147 requires Bachelor degree.
I think for this year I am ineligible. Hope next year...
