Hi,

I am from India, have got Admission letter from Uni of Windsor for Jan 2016. There are 2 problems which my consultant said may be the cause of visa refusal.

btech 2011
work exp - from Feb 2012 - Jan 2014 (Marketing) which is not relevant to previous study
from Jan 2014 - current (system Admin) which is relevant to the course(Meng. electrical + computer) I've taken.

the other is:
regarding funds, consultant says i have to show funds around 6 -7 lac along with GIC and first sem tuition fee. Now my father's income is not this much. I need to know whether I can show my paternal uncle's bank statement and all, he lives in Scotland. Or my uncle who is engineer there in canada , will his sponsor letter work?

recent work would be considered and 20 months work experience is quite good. Canadian sponsor is not advisable if you have other choice, is bank loan on your name or father name not possible?

loan is not possible, coz i already had had a loan some time back.
does Fixed deposit (from my father's sister)work?

Actually my consultant says - do this
show father's income 3 lac and my grandfather's 3 lac
it makes the sum 6 lac which she says sufficient to show.

what do you think is better?

Yes but they need to have savings of 6 lac as bank deposit/certificate of deposit in their name which is considered to be done over the years from this under tax able limit income, second choice is your uncle or aunt with strong affidavit of support from them explaining why they are helping you.

savings? my consultant says to bring grandfather's bank statement + pension payment order(annual more than 3 lac)
and in case of my father - Income Tax Return Copy+ computation(annual 3 lac)

so it makes total of over 6.

if you have these then go ahead try your luck, see your uncle has strong financial statements but he is not as much near relative as your father and grand father.

I get it,

between these 2 options which is better?

One is my father's real brother (same surname) but living in Scotland. that's why consultant says not to go for that option.

And the other uncle(husband of my mother's real sister) lives in Canada only, that is not advisable too.

Hope I am not wasting ur time.
