Hello everyone, I receive my paystub and salary based on 120 hours per month, and I am seeking clarification on how IRCC calculates work experience hours for immigration purposes. Will IRCC consider this as 120 × 12 = 1440 hours, requiring me to work an additional month to meet the eligibility criteria? Or will it be treated as 30 hours per week so that after 12 months, it counts as 1560 hours, which meets the requirement? I would greatly appreciate guidance or insights from anyone with experience in this matter. Thank you in advance.

And if you do work 30 hrs/wk, why does your employer only pay you for 120?
