Why 2 different updates?
You guys think already eligible for visa?

Tracker is more faster and closer to real-time updates. It takes time to be updated in portal and GCkey.

Many applicants were asked to get their medical done even at a later stage. It depends on the VO. And if your medical is expiring soon, they'll ask you get it done again. As long as there are no medical inadmissibility or criminal inadmissibility, you should be good!
