IRCC portal - Should I create a group or 2 individual applications?

Hi,

I am interested in applying for a visitor visa for me and my spouse.

1. I am wondering whether I should create a group or 2 individual applications? What is a better choice?
2. Also, if we are creating a group, am I a "representative" when I am filling my spouse's application?
