IRCC Portal Document List or Checklist?

Hi Everyone,

I am filling out the application to switch from PGWP to OWP since I am being sponsored for Family Class - in Canada (common-law).

I saw in the document checklist that I required a Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union IMM5409 and Offer of Employment.

However, after filling out the questionnaire on the portal, the only required documents are: Passport, photo, use of representatative, etc. without mentionning the 2 above documents.

Should I just follow exactly what is asked of me on the Portal or submit them in the optional section?

Hi!
I'm wondering if you ended up submitting the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union. I'm about to apply to PR through sponsorship with my partner and we don'thave this document. My PGWP expires in February and I need to apply for my OWP so I'm concerned I won't have time to properly sign this form. Any infos appreciated, thanks!
