(IRCC Portal) Do I need to include the files and checklists too? Am not very sure if I need it since the questions asked are similar.

hi! so the instruction checklist for gckey says u need all of these files. but the questions are similar as the questions asked in the portal, and there's no section for u to submit these. should I still submit them? And if so, can I submit them via webform?
