Hi all,
What is the best way to contact IRCC? The number I use says they have high volume of calls. I call this number daily but can't get through. I am sponsoring my nephew as my other relative. He had his medical August 2022 and we have not received any feedback since then. I'm getting anxious, should I? We applied through a representative.

I've never been able to get through via phone. Your best option is to contact them via the IRCC webform and send your inquiry. You will still need to wait for a reply (especially if your application is still within regular processing times) but they WILL get back to you.

We also waited a while after doing the Medical exams before we heard anything, so just be patient
