IRCC - Call for followup

After how many days can we expect follow up response from IRCC? We called them as our acknowledgement for Spouse documents are yet not received , and its past 4 months.
If someone has idea can you help ?Shall we call IRCC again. We called them in last week and they said , they will track spouse application that where it is ,and update in few days.

You should call to check what is happening with your application also check if you have provided the right mailing & email address.

Address was provided as was mentioned in site for missisuaga back in April.
It was sent by courier and was received by a person as well within 2 days .
But the documents are yet not acknowledged .
We called 1.5 weeks ago they said will track application , but we have still not heard anything .

call back to follow up... id say if you havent received any form of communication at this point, chances are your application has been returned to you
 
Called Sydney today again . Over 65 days now>>>They have same OLD answer weeks old, "we are working on 24th July files.. You are in system, can't give you any file number as it needs to go thru process yet. Any 1 from late July got any kind of updates from them please share. Otherwise RELAXing is all we can do :)
