My PGWP expired in May 2020.
According to new announce for public policy from ircc to extend an open work permit for those whose PGWP expired on or after 30 January 2020.

But these opportunity can be avail only for those whoe are still in Canada.
But I am not in Canada due to travel restrictions in the month of March till August from ircc for non-essential purpose travel to Canada due this restrictions I could not travel to Canada. Thats not my fault it was restrictions from ircc to travel Canada during Covid-19. Now ircc given opportunity to extend an open work permit only for those who are in Canada.
Please kindly help me or give me anyway how can someone help me in this situation or any lawyer or legal step. I am feeling very depressed.
