Iraq, Jordan or turkey visa office?

On cic it allows Iraq to use Jordan or Turkey. Jordan is very slow at 22 months while Turkey is at 14 months. Can My spouse apply from Turkey office? Experiences

If you're applying through Family Class, then it has to be Amman. Only Business class applicants are processed in Turkey.

All Family Class (Spouse, Common-law, dependent children) applications are mailed to Mississauga Office (CPC-M) in Canada. After sponsorship approval, CPC-M will forward the application to appropriate office for further processing.
