My university mailed my verified documents via mail to iqas on 10th august 2021. I did not send courier to IQAS. But still my status shown is pending and the reason stated is waiting for transcripts.
Is this usual process in IQAS to show the status pending?
Or do i need to ask my university to send the documents physically to IQAS?
How can i be assured that IQAS has got my documents and when it gets processed?
