IQAS not allowing to pay fees

Hello All,
Has anyone recently done ECS from IQAS? I am not allowed to do the payment, daily I get the same popup: "IQAS Daily Limit Reached We are unable to process your payment, as the IQAS daily limit of applications for immigration purposes has been reached for today. "
Any hack to deal with this issue? I am trying for a month.
I already remove ad and popup blocker. and trying on Indian time 8:45 PM which is Alberta time at 8.15 AM.
Please help to resolve this blocking issue.

Many people are facing this issue as their daily intake limit is reached pretty quickly. You will have to keep trying else try another agency.

Actually, I want to evaluate a master's degree, other agencies like WES will considering it a double bachelor's degree. Hence, IQAS is the only hope for me. Is there any other way to do the payment?

You can try CES as well, most probably it will consider it as a Masters degree.
