IQAS -ECA in case of Inter University Migration

I am applying for ECA through IQAS website.
I have a B.Tech degree in computer science with 1 year from one university,rest 3 years from different university.It's a case of inter university migration with India.Please guide me how to proceed in IQAS ECA portal as I am able to find just one university selection option.Thanks in advance.

Just select the University which awarded you the degree and/or contact them directly.
