I have uploaded all documents to IQAS by 2/7/2019. I have posted my written application form and my university had delivered my formal transcript to IQAS by post few days later.
But the status in IQAS shown in web is still "Submitted" but not update in "Application received date". Is this normal ? I have emailed them but not reply me about the status.
What can I do?
