IP1 since 70+ days!

i am sure there are mny have the same questions..

I would like to know what is probably causing delay to my application. find details below:

AOR 28 May
MEP & IP1 8 June
NOC 1123
Travel History - more than 6 countries as tourist
India, London & UAE as residents!

when i last called CIC on 28th July, i was told my ELIGIBILITY IS MET but BGC not started yet. what does ELIGIBILITY MET mean?

I have ordered for GCMS notes, shall i call again?

Don't call and spam cic. Won't help. Eligiblity is where they check your documents to make sure you really were eligible for FSW and had denough points for ITA. And check they re real docs.
