Hi, I have had an Indian Immigration agent work on my parent's file to apply for their Temporary Resident visa to attend my convocation. I also have a minor sibling and wanted to apply for him along with my parents. However, the agent suggested that it won't do any good and might also lead to my parent's visa refusal. Per his advice, my parents applied for their visa ( have not been decided yet). I am just wondering if there is any other way to apply for my younger brother's visa and when? I am currently on implied status, awaiting a decision on my PGWP application. Thank you, I would really appreciate any response.
