Express Entry depends on how many points you have. How many do you think you will score? You need around 460 to be selected. You will lose points due to your age.

I am yet to take english test and i believe my score will be around 380. I have an MSC in Geographic Information System with more than 4 years lecturing experience. I was also thinking that i can also get more point if i am nominated by any province or secure and appointment? Alternatively, is it possible to put up 2 application separately with my since she is younger than me (32years) with MSC and over 4 years work experience?. Cheers

You should check the CRS score in both the cases, firstly when you are the Primary Applicant and secondly when your spouse is the Primary Applicant. Based on that you can decide. Also, for getting nomination from a province, you need to check whether your occupation is in demand in any of the province. Same goes for your spouse as well.
