Invitation to apply and express entry profile

My one year will be completed in May, can someone tell me please can we make express entry profile before and how long does it take for ITA processing after we make profile?
You can fill your profile in advance. However, don't submit it until you fulfill all the requirements.
Since you should have fulfilled at the time when it was submitted as well as when your ITA is issued.
The span between submitting the profile could be as short as hours or as long as 2-3 weeks. CIC conducts a rounds of invitation every 2 weeks (almost always on Wednesdays). This is not a fixed schedule and could variate, but has been pretty consistent and is expected to remain that way if CIC wants to meet their targets.
Best advice, be patient and wait. You've waited the longest a few more weeks won't make the difference.
Personally, I submitted mine 2 days ago right after I completed my first year @ work. I'm just waiting to receive my ITA next Wednesday.
What you should do, is use this time to gather all the documentation you'll need to submit when you apply. It has taken me at least about a month. Specially if you need translations, etc. Police records can be a pain too. Do yourself a favor and have everything ready. That'll be a time saver.
