Invitation Received for OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream

In India I was employed with ABC Company since June-2021, while I got my Spousal Open Work Permit for Canada I requested if I can be transferred to Ontario Office with the same role and position which they agreed to, and I got the offer Letter for XYZ (ABC and XYZ merged in 2019). Officially I had to resign from ABC (India) office and join here in Canada with my new offer with XYZ.

this explanation enough for my OINP PNP (Non-Express Entry Invitation)
