Invitation recd but already submitted application under common-law sponsorship

Hi guys,

Luckily I just received the invitation to apply under the Express Entry. However, since I quality for both express entry and the common-law sponsorship pilot program, earlier I applied under both program since my OWP is expiring this June. My common-law sponsorship application has been received in early March but they haven't started processing yet. Now since I can continue applying under express entry which takes much shorter time, can I just withdraw my application under common-law sponsorship.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Each month file CAIPS, it might get them moving faster.

Internal CIC regulations create long processing time as many files lie down for months without even been reviewed, because it should be like that.
