I am a Canadian citizen working in Jordan. I'm going to be home this summer and would like my boyfriend of 1 year to visit at the same time (he is Jordanian). He has good proof of employment and past travel experience ( Indian Visa and a Schengen visa).
However, I worry about proving financial funds. He currently does not enough savings for both ticket and costs in Canada.
I was planning to help him pay for the airline ticket but will putting this in the invitation letter affect his chances?
Any advice is much appreciated! I know he can save up enough by the summer but we need to apply to the visa earlier than that.
