Thanks for the link.
Now my question is If I work MNC. Is it necessary that i should be knowing which position ill be working in Canada.
Is it possible that i can apply my ICT by myself and later on figure out that what position available in mu current company canada branch.

1. Yes - you absolutely must know which position you will be working in Canada. The ICT will only be approved if the position is sufficiently senior / specialized.
2. No - it's certainly not possible for you to apply youserlf and later figure out which position your company has available in Canada.

Thanks
It ,means I am dependent on my company :'(

Yes - that's the whole point of an ICT. Your company needs you to perform a role in Canada and that's why you are being given a visa for a specific role. It's not an open work permit that you can use as you please. Your company needs to be involved in the application process and must want you for a specific role in Canada.
