Hi,

The company I have worked at for the past 6 months just purchased another Canadian company in Ontario and would like me to move and help with the integration.

Is 1 year of employment with my employer absolutely necessary to qualify under the Intra-Company transfer program?

My employer is willing to do anything they can in terms of explaining why my move is essential to the company's operations.
