I had a interview on 14.09.2006, afterward, I got a letter from visa Officer saying that I am not scored enought points, although, I got 61points whereas adoptability awarded zero, though, I have provided my spous Guraduation Degree and Relatives in canada's proof.

The details are as under:

Age 10 points
Education 22 Points
Experience 21 Points
Language 8 points
Adaoptability 0 points
Total 61 points

If I appeal the case, what are the chances, shall I get fair response or what would be the chances of success.
