I am just wondering do they interview by phone because your visa offcie in one country and you are in way in another country? and chances after Medicals? Please advise.

i dont think so and this is one of the reason why people choose their original country as a permanent address not the one were they are residing temporary because what if at the time of interview you are no longer living in that country ? then you have to either change your address means change of visa office and that may add some delays and inquires on your application.

Thats what i think.
