Interpretation required - Qorax pls help!!

Today I received request for medicals from NDVO, I have been asked to submit these docs...

Medicals, RPRF, passport size photos, PCC & the last items which is mentioned below for which I need interpretation; does it says to submit passports as well??

"Valid passport or travel document for yourself, and all family members. Kindly submit all the passports (old & new) after completion of all the pending requirements. This must be received at this office by: 01/07/2012"

what are the pending requirments? any explaination in your letter.
medical will be send by your DMP, as per your text that you have to submit/pay RPRF fees and send passports too with RPRF. even you have to submit new PCC's and new Passport size photos (see the photo requiement in manual or if VO mentioned in letter which you got by VO).

Pending document is a PCC from Saudi Arabia for which they have given 4 months but at the same time asked to submit the passports, that's where is the confusion!

don't worry submit that PCC means get new one and submit passports. as per your text instructions are cleared to submit pending and rest of the above mentioned docs.

my ecas has been updated like after a long time remaining inprocess with rbvo detail.

We received your application for permanent residence on January 21, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 11, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Pretoria office. They are pending review.

it was not having last line. they added it on tuesday. so what u think pl advice.

can you please share what your ecas showed all these days before you recieved your MR request was it in process.
the date given to you to send the above documents is 7th January 2012or is it 1st July 2012.
