Does anybody know if co-op or internship experience counts for ainp? or if it is a good idea to show at all. In the past, I have done 4-4-4 month long work terms and summer jobs at different companies. Do you recommend to add internship experience in ainp application? The problem is to get reference letters, it is not overly hard but i am not sure if there is any requirement for or any value of it? I am presently working full time. Thoughts?
