me and my gf has got visa for Canada. After study we are planning for marriage. I have heard that this will increase PR chances or atleast fasten it. Is this true or in which province we should go to get easy PR.
how PR points are being calculated nowadays?

People will tell you lots of things. Unfortunately, most of them will be myths.

You need to decide just how you intend to become eligible for permanent residence. (They don't just hand out PR cards like candy.)
