I am a prospective international student from Pakistan. Can someone confirm if HSC(Pre-Engineering) is equivalent in Alberta?
Provided that English language requirements are met and courses are equivalent, how competitive remains the admission? Does it has open admissions policy like U.S. Community Colleges or selective admissions policy?
