hi , I need advice . this is my scenario , I am an international student from the Philippines, during my application my marital status is single, in fact I had already a live in partner for 6 years, since I don't have any ideas about common law partner. and now I was planning to process him as my common law partner, but my agency said that there is a big possiblity that will be refused since I did'nt declare in the first place.. what should I do?

Your agency is right.

There's not much you can do but try to process the application with a letter of explanation. You should be prepared for the significant possibility his application will be refused.
