After you get your study permit, you can get married 20 times as well get divorced 20 times, it does not matter. What matters is that when you apply for your study permit, you need to be truthful in your martial status. After you get your study permit and enter canada, you can get married as many times as you want.

But in my case is it any problem if I get married after I get my visa and before I enter canada on my study permit as my partner wants a that atleast before leaving India for studies we should get married

Dont Quote me 100% but provided you show proof that you were married after you received the visa then that should be fine.

To be on the safest side it would be better to marry, atleast on paper before you apply for the visa. If the border officer feels that you hid your martial status then you could be sent back to your home country.

Do you know anyone who suffered from such problems because now this thing will be difficult from me as I am going to apply for visa and civil marriage will atleast take 1 month to issue official papers

Why will it take a month? You can get married in a small religious ceremony (whatever religion you are, there are quick ways to get married. Arya Samaj is an option for some religions), and then get a marriage certificate within a few days. I personally know people who've done this and it took them 3 days to get the marriage certificate.

It can be an issue because it can look like you got the visa, then got married to bring your spouse with you to Canada.

My spouse will not be able to arrive with me in canada I am only going for studies to experience foreign culture and life style it can be possible he will visit but settling down is not an option because he has got a family business to handle and cannot put it at risk .
I am seriously in a big time mess we are thinking of marrying because we want to be together even if we live in different countries so that our relationship wouldn’t tare apart

This is what it looks like to IRCC. You have two options

1. Get the visa & permit. Come to Canada and enter. Then, go back and get married. That's fine
2. Get married and then apply for the visa.

Pick whichever one you like and don't overthink things.
