my name is Ezron Taye,and i am a citizen of Ethiopia. I applied for student visa in December 04,2017,but the office refuse by the simple reason. The reason is PURPOSE OF VISIT.I wrote my purpose of visit on my study plan but i don't now the reason why them refuse. please tell me a bout purpose of visit . Thank you very much

You need to provide your full profile and also tell us what information you included in your application. The purpose of visit refusal can mean several different things. It can often mean that your ties to your home country aren't strong enough. It can also mean that you haven't chosen the right program to study in Canada.

I have a bachelor science degree with electrical and computer engineering stream of electronics and communication in ethiopia , and in canada i accepted Electrical Techniques in George brown college.

Hello my daughter (indian passport holder) is graduating from Mcgill University, Montreal on 31st May, 2018 wherein her final exams are finishing on 30th april, 2018....what date can she apply for a post graduate work permit and how much time it takes....she joined mcgill university for her under grad on 1st september 2015...cheers

I would suggest as you already have a degree the CIC are wondering why you only want to take a certificate course. That could be the main reason, but you need to submit your profile here first for help.

If I am able to deposit the requested CAD$11k into my personal account for students studying outside Quebec, can I withdraw the money after I have submitted my processing documents (personal SOA) because I will be borrowing the money?

Will they check with my bank to confirm if the money is there or my account balance?

Will it affect the processing if I withdraw the money from my account?

a post graduate diploma or masters will be a perfect choice but since the reason on your refusal letter is only purpose of visit so it is very difficult to say what else could be the reason. I would suggest you get your gcms notes for more detailed info.
