International student with Emp job offer

Hi I am international student with employer job offer. How I can apply for PR oce I have the nomination issued ? Does it have to be paper based only or I can apply through express entry as well ?

If you plan to apply through Express Entry, I believe your employer needs an LMIA.

Express entry takes 4-6 months, or more.

I am fine with express entry. But if it has to be paper based, their processing time has gone up (15 to 19 months)

I do not need LMIA my job is international student skilled work experience. I have NOC B Job 2282 (User Support technician)

So you have graduated then? And are thus no longer a student?

Yes....I have two year after the date of graduation to apply under this catagory.

I know tat I can diretly do the express entry.....I NEED 600 POINTS SO THAT I CAN INCLUDE MY HUSBAND. this is why I wasted $3000 for PNP

BUT PNP SYSTEM IS CHANGING THE RULES EVERY NOW AND THEN. SO FRUSTRATED.

IF ANYONE CAN PLEASE ANSWER IF I CAN APPLY TO EXPRESS ENTRY AFTER GETTING NOI UNDER INTERNATIONAL STUDENT STREAM, I WILL REALLY APPRICIATE.

No noting against you. I just expressing how frustrated I am with the process.

I paid for 1500 TO OINP and my lawyer also charged 1500 and told that I will be applying under Express entry. Now she is saying that it cannot be express entry it has to be paper based.
