Can anyone guide me ,due to Corona International Admission Visa For example, how long will it take to send a student visa now. Is it good to apply for admission now?

I think we all know that life is not going to be normal anytime soon. We will be lucky if they even do blended learning by Jan '21. If you are expecting things to be as they were before Covid19 then you are going to be disappointed. That is why I say Jan '21 and later for most is fine

If you are asking for admission, then yes, apply before university deadline. If you are asking about Visa.. apply once you have LOA.
