International student opening his own business in Canada

I plan to open a modeling agency in Canada but my current status is as an international student.I just want to you guys to help me withthe legal procedures and do I have to apply for a new permit. Looking for an immediate response.

You can't open your own business as a student in Canada. To open a business, you need either Canadian PR or citizenship status. Or must have a partner with PR or citizenship status.

Yes I do have a partner who is a canadian PR but again since I am involed in this business will there be any legal obligations.

on paper you cant .. but if u have friend who is trust worthy enough than go ahead because money can change the situation and mind anytime just remember this ..
