Hello
Please I would like to get married to my fiancee who is outside canda right now (I am currently studying in Canada). How do I invite her?
is there a marriage visa?
Please assist

Hi,

Since, you're a citizen of some other country and are on a student VISA in Canada once you get married - a marriage VISA wouldn't be applicable to your case - though you can have your Fiance in Canada as a dependent or as a visitor.

Congratulations for your marriage and best of luck.

for visitor visa...
what one need to show?

photographs of engagement?

anyone who knows reply for it

In case of marriage, I think one document could be a marriage registration certificate...

Not too sure about what can be the documentation in case of just engagement

Thanks All for your reply
I would like to make some clarifications
1. We are NOT yet married (and also not formally engaged sos no engagement photos, but we have LOTS of photos we have taken together, dating like 4yrs back!) and so she is not yet my spouse
2. We are both not canadian citizens ( I am here in canada as a graduate student)
3. If I state in the letter of invite that I want her to come here so that we could marry, wouldnt that affect the visa
4. She currently works for a multinational company in the UK (so vedry much employed and would be willing to return after the marriage)

So I request steps on what we need to do to secure her a visitor visa with nO hasssles

Hi,

1. Still you need TRV-Visitor. Your marriage/single status will NOT make any difference because you are NOT a PR/Citizen of Canada.

2,3 & 4. Chances are very good for TRV refusal because you are not well established in Canada (still a student) and your partner application for TRV will show her intention to stay in Canada permanently.
