Hello,

I am an international student (from China) studying in the States and planing to apply a visit visa to Canada.

But the system shows me a checklist including a bank statement for the past four months. But actually, I have been in the States for about two months only, which means I couldn't provide a bank statement for as long as four months. How should I solve this?

In addition, the checklist doesn't include I-20. Should I provide I-20 along with other documents? How about the transcript? (But I couldn't provide the transcript either since I am still in the first semester of my study.)

Thank you so much for giving me advise!!!

Send two. Explain why.

If it is not in the checklist then it is not needed.

If the transcript is not possible but in the checklist then it is a problem. Explain why you can't send it.

Usually transcripts are not needed, but proof of enrollment. For this your school can give you that letter.
