Hi Can someone plz guide me , my sister has jst done msc economics from pakistan and she wants to apply in canada in a college or university, what are the procedures and steps? what are the requirements can someone post some links that would help us understanding the process?

Try to get admission in PHD

No need of PHD. MSC in Pakistan is equal to 16 years of Education therefore try to search Master in Economics. Canadian institutes require 16 years of education to get admission in Masters.
