HI, :D

I applied online for my study permit on june 16 and I wish to ask about incomplete applications. Firstly, if you noticed a mistake on your application, how do you change it before it is returned to you by CIC to avoid delays? Secondly, If your visa applications centre happens to have an average processing time of 8 weeks and unlucky for the applicant the application gets returned. Does this mean that the fees for the whole application are likewise refunded so the applicant has to start all over again ? If the applicant also corrects the mistakes and send the application again, will it take another 8 weeks of application time or shorter?

any help?

sorry for your plight buddy. As far as CIC is concerned, when an application is incomplete, it will be refused and you would have to reapply with a new fee. in relation to the time frame, CIC will treat your reapplication as a new one and would take the average time required as a new one is and would take 8weeks

Thanks mate. However, do you get refunded ?
No pal. Once application is reviewed, it is considered processed and you have to reapply with a new fee
