My Employer in India is doing Intra Company Transfer to Canada Office. I need help with the below fields. Can someone please help me.

Can someone please let me know what needs to be selected in below fields, they appeared on the form
1. what type of work pemit you are applying for? - Shall I select Exception from LMIA?
2. LMIA Except Number

Yes - ICTs are LMIA exempt.

Yes, but I will not be able to submit the application right? There are some pre-requisite from the employer side. So that I can fill in the details in two fields.

Before you submit your work permit application, your employer must:

  • submit an offer of employment to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada,
  • pay a $230 employer compliance fee, and
  • provide you with an offer of employment number.

Yes - absolutely. Your employer must complete a number of activities on their end. You can't just apply for an ICT on your own.
