International gradaute_EE & PNP_Degree requirement_increasing score

Hello all,

1. I am a BC international graduate holding PGWP since January 2014.
2. I entered EE pool in October 2015 with the score of 441. I will have two-year work experience in October 2016, the score will be slightly higher.
3. I also applied for BCPNP with the score of 104 in January 2016. The BCPNP international graduate cut line is 105.
4. In terms of Age/Education/Work experience/Language, I took IELTS twice with the score of 8, I plan to take it again if time allows; the rest of the two factors (excluding age) do require longer time for me to obtain higher score.

I really want to increase my score and my questions are:
- Can I get another certificate approved by CIC and increase my Education score? Given my PGWP expires in January 2017, do I actually have time to do so?
I only have one bachelor degree in Arts so I can only score 120 in Education in EE system. My friend did a certificate within her major (her university allows her to take some courses for a specific certificate; my university only has minor option so I did a minor related to my major instead of certificate.), she got 128 in Education. As a result, her Skill Transferability Score is also higher so she got invited months ago. I know I can apply for study permit while having my PGWP, can I study to obtain a certificate to boost my score? does online post-graduate program count?

- Do you have other suggestions about my situation? I tend to overthink and lose track of the bigger picture.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your time! Hope everybody's transitioning to Canada can be smooth!
