Well new programme announced by CIC on November 2015 seems a good hope for professional. Over an above this is fast (8 weeks) as well. But only issue is thats for specific country's nationals :'(

It's not new. It's been around for many years. CIC changed the application process - that's all that's being announced.

It's not an immigration program. It's a work permit program. It's limited to individuals from specific countries and is aimed at young people.

For working holiday program, the system selects candidate randomly (like a lottery)
For International coop and young professional, as long as there are spot available.
all of the above only available for certain countries.

And yes, it s not an immigration program.. just a working visa
