Hello my partner and I are in process of attaining common law status which we will complete our one year uninteruppted living together.
He is from Europe ( Spain) and has an international drivers license expiring in April.
We can apply for our common law come June 1st ....does anyone know if he can get a BC Canada license for driving before he has common law approval?
Will he have to wait until we get this status to drive? Any direction appreciated...stay safe
