I have question. My brother came as internation studen in dec 2017 to srudy in jan 18. His course will be esl in bc. I want to transfer him to calgary but i can get him into may bach. So is it possible for hin to not study ESL in bc and start sem here in calgary in may instead of starting in bc in jan.

Also i want to add that i was told if he can get 6.5 bands in ielts before jan 5th they can drop this esl course. But its too late for test.

I think that it would be better for him to start the esl program while applying for Calgary so that his visa doesn’t get void or something
